Let’s welcome Patrick Katahara, a physician assistant and avid jiu jitsu martial artist to the podcast this week! Andrew and Pat go a ways back while they worked together under the same company, as well as rehabbing his knee following his LCL repair. He shares many of his experiences playing sports growing up and progressing through the years with BJJ and MMA training.
