051. The Ongoing Process of Setting Goals, Developing Positive Habits, and Achieving Success

It’s already the New Year, 2021! Most of us come up with resolutions each year. Before setting your resolutions in stone, check out this episode as Andrew talks about the art of goal setting. Making a resolution is setting a goal for yourself. How are you framing your goals for the upcoming year?

In this episode, Andrew goes into depth about positive vs. negative goal setting and the ways that we can set out to make our goals more attainable.
