04 Mar Golf Club Manufacturer Business Plan

RA Concepts hopes that it can make a successful attempt to obtain start-up financing in order to open a Southern California club manufacturing facility.
RA Concepts will be able to meet the increasing demand for new technology within the golf industry. The company's initial product offering is the unique D-style featherweight putter. Three additional designs will be available in the second year.
Because of its lightweight, custom options, and multiple color options, the ‘#8220’ D” style is likely to be very popular with women golfers. We are confident that the technology used and the accuracy of this club will satisfy any avid golfer who wants to make a difference in her game.
Our technology is able to accomplish what traditional manufacturers are unable. We can manufacture custom clubs for any customer and ship the club in three working days. Old technology makes it difficult for traditional manufacturers to make stock clubs or custom clubs in less than four weeks.
All clubs must comply with USGA regulations. Technical approval of the USGA has already been given to the D” design.
Our clubs will both be sold to end-users and retail golfing supply stores. Pro shops and high-end prestige golf retailers are our target market. We offer additional incentives for female customers. This allows us show our club to a multitude of shops and stores in America. This network will allow for a rapid entry into the golf market.
1.1 Mission
RA Concepts is committed to providing customers with the highest quality and customisation. We will create clubs that meet the USGA standards, but with more style and accuracy than those produced by traditional methods.
Technology will be used only to improve our products. We will not consider any changes that don't improve the performance or appearance the club. We are trying to convince golf club retailers and manufacturers of new golf technology that it is better than traditional manufacturing methods. We will show golf club manufacturers and retailers that high-tech innovations in materials design and manufacturing methods are the future.
